赵 斌教授:
主任医师 博士生导师、广东医科大学神经病学研究所名誉所长;中国卒中学会理事、中国预防医学会卒中预防与控制委员会委员;广东省医学会常务理事、神经病学分会副主任委员、广东省医师协会副会长;湛江市医学会副会长、神经病学分会主任委员;MOL NEUROBIOL 等杂志审稿人;NRR等五杂志编委。多次组织、协办、主持、参加国内国际会议,在国内外神经病及神经科学界具有一定影响。
主要致力于神经退行性疾病、脑血管病的分子遗传学和分子机制研究。主要研究成果:首次报道RAGE p.82G>S、XBP-1 -116C/G、miR146a rs57095329、AKT1 rs2498786,共4个新的与AD的发病风险相关的易感基因多态位点;以RAGE和Aβ为AD双靶点的天然小分子化合物的筛选和药效评估研究,筛选出一种小分子化合物Mat作为潜在有效的多靶点治疗AD的药物,具有良好的应用前景。通过收集公共数据库和文献资源等,对14个GWAS及病例对照研究的十多万病例在世界、亚洲和中国人群中进行大数据分析,明确了诸多AD候选易感基因在不同人群尤其是中国人群中与AD易感性关联;主持在研国家级项目3项,国际合作项目2项,省重点项目2项;发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录70篇,JCR分区Q1、Q2区占80%,平均引用6.11次,H指数13;总影响因子大于200;主编专著3部,教材2部;获广东省科技进步一等奖、三等奖各1项,市科技进步一等奖5项,发明专利1项。
